INGREDIENTS (4 PIZZAS)
550 g type 00 flour
355 g water
13.5 g salt
1.1 g fresh yeast
Mix
Pour water into a large bowl, add salt and stir until the salt dissolves completely. Add a handful of flour and mix. Add yeast and mix again. Add the rest of the flour and knead in the bowl until the flour is completely incorporated.
Knead
Take the dough out of the bowl, place it on kitchen counter or wooden board and knead with hands for about 20 min.
Rise
Shape the dough into a ball and cover it with a damp cloth. Leave it rising for about 2 hours at room temperature.
Divide
Cut the dough into 4 equal parts and form balls (230 g each ball). Cover them and leave to rise at room temperature for another 5 hours.
Store
If you won’t use all the dough right away, you can store the ball in freezer up to 5 days. Just wrap each dough ball tightly in plastic wrap.
INGREDIENTS FOR 1 PIZZA
- 1 dough (230 g)
- 5 spoons of San Marzano tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of herbs (dried basil, oregano, rosemary)
- 1 mozzarella
- 3 spoons of sliced olives
- 1 spoon of capers
- 1 small pumpkin zucchini
- 1 handful of arugula
- grated Parmesan
INSTRUCTIONS
Spread the pelati on the dough. Place the ingredients in this order: pelati sauce, herbs, mozzarella, olives, capers, zucchini slices, and bake according to the Pizza programme. Place arugula and Parmesan on the baked pizza.
INGREDIENTS FOR 1 PIZZA
- 1 dough (230 g)
- 2 pieces of pickled beetroot
- 1 mozzarella
- 150 g goat cheese
- 2 spoons of roasted walnuts
- few leaves of purple basil
INSTRUCTIONS
Grind the pickled beetroot into a fine paste and spread it on dough, formed in round pizza shape. Cover with mozzarella and bake according to the Pizza Mode Pro programme. Fry the walnuts separately. Place goat cheese, walnuts and basil on the baked pizza.

- 1 dough (230 g)
- 5 spoons of pickled garlic
- 1 mozzarella
- 1 handful of fresh champignons
- 1 teaspoon of herbs (dried basil, oregano, rosemary)
INSTRUCTIONS
Form the pizza base from the dough. Grind the pickled garlic into a fine paste and spread it on dough. Cover with mozzarella and herbs; bake according to the Pizza Mode Pro programme. Fry fresh mushrooms in a pan and place them on the baked pizza.

- 5 spoons of San Marzano tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of herbs (dried basil, oregano, rosemary)
- 1 mozzarella
- 3 slices of cooked Prosciutto
- 3 fresh tomatoes
- 2 fresh bell peppers
- 3 spoons of champignon mushrooms
INSTRUCTIONS
Lightly crush San Marzano tomatoes with your hand. Form the pizza base from the dough and spread tomatoes on top. Place the ingredients in this order: herbs, mozzarella, Prosciutto, tomatoes, bell pepper, mushrooms and bake according to the Pizza Mode Pro programme.

- 1 mozzarella
- 5 slices of smoked salmon
- 6 cherry tomatoes
- 3 spoons of black olives
- 3 spoons of champignon mushrooms
INSTRUCTIONS
Lightly crush San Marzano tomatoes with your hand. Form the pizza base from the dough and spread tomatoes on top. Place the ingredients in this order: herbs, mozzarella, salmon, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms and bake according to the Pizza Mode Pro programme. Decorate with fresh basil.

- a cup of fresh strawberries
INSTRUCTIONS
Strech and shape the dough to achieve a round pizza look. Bake dough according to the Pizza Mode Pro programme. Place chocolate and strawberries on the pizza.
